In 2006, an in-house innovation team was established to aid in researching product enhancements and current and future needs in the marketplace, and expansion into new categories. Innovation is an integral part of helping us attain our sustainability goals.
With imagination, the part of the mind where ideas, thoughts, and images are formed, and innovation, the act or process of inventing or introducing something new, we are able to design products with moms needs in mind. Our ongoing qualitative and quantitative consumer research provides us with imaginative and innovative ideas to gain a better understanding of moms’ unmet needs and frustrations in the marketplace, and promotes discovery of unique ways to make our products even better.
